My Siren Reader X Steve Chapter 7

Lazily you rested your head against the sand as you listened to the calming motion of the the waters movement around you. Trying to think of anything you could do to reverse this change.

Yet only one thing came to mind, one that had claimed thousands of lives in the past. There was no medicine that could revert this so you were left with only one choice.

“Name” sat there in silence after she had awoken the next evening. Her tail failed violently for a moment, breaching the surface momentarily in indecision. Narrowing her eyes in indecision as she laid still amongst the sea and land.

Sighing slowly she lifted her head up from the beach's sand as she gazed at the slight sunlight that cracked the coves cliffs around her.  

You narrowed your eyes as you finalized your decision.  'Name' would risk all to be with him again no matter what faced her.

'Name' turned her face quickly from the softened light that rained down above her form. Even though it was softened it still made you glance away as you tried to adjust your eyes to the suddenly intruding glare.

Glancing back towards your elongated (t/c) tail you tired to recall anything from the foreboding past. Seeking any type of remembrance that would let you recall yourself and Steve: Together.

Rapidly flashes of memories and emotions began to fill your senses and thoughts in its wake. Consuming your being in a blinding trance that held still to you.

Suddenly Steve’s form appeared before you, taking slow strides as he neared you. His entrancing crystalline eyes gazed tenderly along your facial features. Locking you within his trance.

Never ignoring the passion that burned in his eyes as his gaze lowered downwards. Taking in your intoxicating form completely. Quickly reminiscing on the passion you had shared between each other the night before.  

'A violent light blurred your sight as you looked upon the events that had lead towards your alleged death.'

Abruptly you found yourself on the deck of a covert ship. People running in panic as they passed you seeking shelter.

Realizing instantly that one of S.H.I.E.L.D.S's highest secured vessel's had been compromised.

Voices wailing in the background as they pleaded for help within the sudden chaos.

It's hull began sinking rapidly as you ran desperately to save any survivors left aboard as well as yourself.

Sporadically people panicked, their dying screams echoing around within your ears violently as the sea claimed them one by one.

Without warning the vastness of the open blue seas appeared within your sights. The fog of your past memories dissipating as its spell deteriorated to nothingness.

Leaving you to only wonder at the memories that had flashed before your eyes. Stilled within the oceans current.

Quickly you tried to blink away the tears that threatened to consume your vision entirely. Cursing this sorrow that tried to entrap you, there was no way to undue the past so why suffer any further reminiscing.

With a vengeance you turned yourself from the light as you dove down into the tunnels depths that would lead back into the oceans blue horizon again.

Consumed with your rediscovered feelings and the renewing energy that flowed rapidly in yourself you darted form the caverns entrance swiftly.

Your tail whipped vastly within the waters depths as you fought against its currents in a maddening attempt. Swimming feverishly towards the shore you had vowed to meet him.

Finally you made your way to the surface, gasping for air briefly as you slung your head back. Before a beautiful entrancing tone rose from your lungs as you began to sing.

Calling for Steve within your songs melody as you made your way to the oceans shallows you had vowed to return to.
