Angrily you ordered the meaningless minions away as you looked amongst the avengers once more before hastily making your leave. Your long black cape flowed in a wild frenzy as every step you to took left a deathly trail of ice upon your wake.
Your fathers goals nor his intentions had never been your own. You followed his orders at will, yes. Yet he was all you had ever known, this man had raised you. What else were you expected to do?
Still now your heart was torn and lost between this war's meanings and its side's. All that you once thought true, had been challenged all at once, right before your very eye's.
Shaking these darkened thoughts from your mind you focused on the matter a hand. Setting the avengers free was the least you could do, and you would do so no matter the cost.
~~~~~~~~~~~~Present (Name's P.O.V.)~~~~~~~~~~~
Swiftly you yelled down to the underlinings below, ordering them out of your sight at once.
The avengers had finally regained consciousness once again.
Just as the the Baron's minions had left your presence, your ears were assaulted with the loud cries of Hawkeye himself.
Slowly you turned your focus unto him alone as you watched him fight and squirm against the chains that held him in place.
Just as you began to approach his stilled form, his voice called to you yet once again. “(Name) listen to me! You're not one of them! Do you truly believe that skull is your father? That he could birth a person like you, one that shares your own powers and abilities?!” Clint yelled as his eyes pleaded for you to understand his desperate pleas.
“Stop!!!” you screamed. “I know he is my father. He told me of my past and of the time I was born unto this world.” You wailed as you turned your back to from the Avengers.
“Skull told me of my past. I was born weak and sickly, near death. To save my life he performed multiple experiments upon myself. These rogue experiments lead to the source of my powers. In his effort to save me, I was cursed with these abilities.” You paused slightly “His actions saved my life.”
At your last words the 'black widow' herself only scoffed at your reasoning. “Are you so naive that you would actually believe Skull's words?” The assassin questioned you. “You know us, you know our intentions. Yet can you say the same for your supposed 'father'?”
You turned to face the widow herself as you glared upon her lone form. “He is my father, how dare you question him within my presence?” You snarled at the supposed assassin before you.
Before any could utter another word you had turned from them all as you began to make your leave.
Quickly you exited the lower cell chambers in sheer silence as you made your way out of its estranged corridors as fast as your feet could carry you.
There was only one mission left for you now, and you would sacrifice yourself to see it through.
Slowly you narrowed your darkened eyes as you made your way towards the central command system itself. Praying still that the Avengers words were nothing more than a wicked white lie.
If there was any truth behind the Avengers claims, then the information would of surely been documented within H.Y.D.R.A.D.S. database. Which would finally lead you to the ultimate truth you had always sought.
With haste you began to make your way down the maze of corridors that laid before you. Yet within in a mater of moments you found yourself in the center of Skulls main control room.
A dark smirk made its way across you thin lips before turning to face the main computer that laid before you. “Leave now!” you yelled in a venomous tone, glaring upon the workers below.
“Skull has ordered me to look over these readings himself, without your useless aid.” All the people before you began to scramble at your words. Doing their best to collect their work before leaving the compound as quickly and as soon as possible
A wicked grin crossed your lips as they began to run like pathetic, scared children before your sight. This would truly prove to be all too easy.
Just as all of the worker's left your sight. You immediately began to hack into Skulls once secured system. Seeking the truth behind your sparred life.
Quickly you entered the system as you began to look for the files that Widow had told you of.
Yet no matter the files you went though. You could find no leads or clues that related to the sole experiments that had supposedly saved your life.
Meaning in the end that there was no trace of your presence... nothing at all. The Skull had lied all these years. The Widow's and Clint’s words had been true all along.
Unbeknownst to your sleeping form sunlight poured into your room and the love of your life walked in. He smiled and gave a small chuckle not really surprised that you’re still sleeping. Loki woke up in early morning hours to have some peace and quiet before everyone woke up and filled the tower with all their noise.
Now, the morning hours were drawing to a close as noontime drew closer. You are usually a late sleeper but usually never this late. You had stayed up as late as you could th
Between Fire And Ice - ThorxReaderxLoki -Chapter 3
Chapter 3
As some rays of bright sunlight cut through the curtains of my room and landed on my cheeks I woke up. Head spinning and in desperate need for water, I sat up in my bed. Flashbacks from last night appeared before my inner eye and I remembered: how I danced with those handsome strangers, how passionately and intimately, their firm grips taking hold of my body, breathing hot air in and out... “Sex on the dance floor – oh my God!” I thought and wrapped the blanket around myself, my cheeks turning dark red as I recalled all the details.
Slowly I crawled out of bed and rummaged around in my handbag for my phone. My ey
